These Terms govern your use of Mr.Chua Content Desk (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service helps users prepare, review, upload, and publish social media content through accounts they choose to connect. Available features may change as the Service develops.

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for safeguarding your account access and for reviewing the content, caption, privacy level, interaction settings, and destination account before any upload or publication.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant the Service a limited permission to process and transmit that content only as needed to provide the features you request. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to use and publish the content.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to violate law, platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of another person. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the Service, or use another person’s account without authorization.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service may connect to third-party platforms, including TikTok. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control platform availability, review decisions, reach, moderation, or changes to third-party services.

Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are breached, if required to protect users or the Service, or if a connected platform requires it. You may stop using the Service and revoke connected-platform access at any time.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mr.Chua Content Desk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost reach, lost revenue, platform actions, or content decisions made by a user. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
